The perfect followup question that Megyn Kelly could have asked of Donald Trump on the Fox Cavalcade of Idiots debate might have been this one: 

Beauty and the Bloated, Beauty on the right.

Donald, if you met a beautiful young woman who had married a bloated much older fart of a billionaire, would you have the nerve to call her a gold digger, a slut, or a high maintenance whore to her face?

Donald? We’re waiting for your answer, and we have Melania on hold, she’s waiting too.
