Sorry, Time Travel Will Never Happen

I am now convinced that there will never be a way to travel back in time, because if it ever was to become possible it already would (in a future sense) have happened, and as a prime consequence of this there would be no sign of what’s for reasons unknown to me called organized religion. 

Me personally? Job one would be to jump in the wayback machine and take out whoever passed himself off as Mohammed the prophet, Jesus Christ, or anyone else that all those years ago felt a need to create a religion where people would have conditions forced on them that required the wearing of clothes from past centuries, and yes I’m including Hassidim as well as Haji’s. That of course assumes that these characters actually existed and were not just humans given superhuman attributes by groupies of the day.

Just for fun sometime, ask any super orthodox Jew what part of the Torah requires them to dress like they just stepped out of 18th century Russia, dingle balls around the edge of their flat brim hat and all,

then ask any Christian what part of any of their various bible iterations instructed them to consider all life sacred until it pops out of the birth canal, at which time it’s required to be on its own (should people be prohibited from picketing abortion clinics unless they can prove they also picket prisons when a criminal is about to be executed?),

And, then ask any student of Islam where in the Koran a difference worth killing over can be found in sharing a related ancestry with Jews as descendants of Abraham.

And don’t even get me stated with the Mormons……
