1 very brief question for ya!

That “ya” was a teaser, this has nothing to do with the “Snowbillie”.

                                        The question is NOT: Name two things that smell like fish.

The question is:

Why is it that anytime anyone of importance in the Middle East farts the price of gas jumps 30% or more overnight, yet when the price of a barrel of oil actually drops more than 50%, the price of gas has only dropped about 11 cents here in Los Angeles over the past 3 days?

Your input would be appreciated, meanwhile I’m filling my gas tanks in the event someone in Abu Dhabi might get indigestion from a goat barbeque in the next day or two.
